OEB Math Circle will meet in the Mathematics building at Laney College in rooms G-207 and G-210 for students, G-211 for teachers.
Snacks will be served in the rooms starting at 4:15PM. G-207 will serve as the "headquarters" room; go there if you have any questions.

Campus Location
We will be meeting in the G-Complex on Laney College: 900 Fallon Street, Oakland, CA 94607.
Bay Area Rapid Transit and AC Transit provide convenient transportation to the school and its surrounding public facilities.

Front Campus Entrance - G Complex is on the right.
View at the top of the G-Complex Stairwell. The G-207/ G- 210/ G-211 atrium is on the right side.
Meeting Rooms
The middle school students meet in G-207.
The high school students meet in G-210. The teachers meet in G-211. These rooms are located within the atrium of the
2nd level at the South West Corner of the G-Complex.

Due to limited, mainly street parking, at the site we highly recommend that OEBMC Students and Teachers make use of Public Transit systems.
From the BART station, travel southeast on 8th or 9th St until you arrive at Fallon St. The G Complex is located directly off Fallon St.
Driving Directions
From San Francisco:
Take the exit onto I-580 E toward CA-24/Downtown Oakland/Hayward-Stockton, continue 1.9 mi. Take the exit onto I-980 W
toward Downtown Oakland, continue 1.5 mi. Take the I-880 S exit, continue 0.5 mi. Keep right at the fork, follow signs
for Jackson St and merge onto 5th St, continue 0.6 mi. Turn left at Oak St, travel 0.2 mi. Turn right at 9th St. Laney
College is located between 7th and 10th, starting at Fallon St. and backing up to Lake Merritt.
From Berkeley:
Walnut Creek & 580 West. 580 West to 980 South, exit 1-880S/ Jackson St. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for
Jackson St and merge onto 5th St. Left on Oak St., under freeway, go 3 blocks, turn right at 9th St. Laney College is
located between 7th and 10th, starting at Fallon St. and backing up to Lake Merritt.
From I-580 East:
From I-580 East, take the exit towards Grand Ave. Merge onto Macarthur Blvd. Turn right onto Grand Ave.
Head west on Grand Ave toward Perkins St. Turn left at Harrison St. Continue on Lakeside Dr. Turn right at
Madison St. Turn left at 9th St. Laney College is located between 7th and 10th, starting at Fallon St. and backing up to Lake Merritt.
From Hayward, San Ramon, Fremont:
North I-880, Take the Oak St exit toward Lakeside Dr. Turn right at Oak St. Turn right at 9th St. Laney College is located
between 7th and 10th, starting at Fallon St. and backing up to Lake Merritt.

Parking Information
Visitors may park lawfully on street parking surrounding the campus - there are several 2 hour metered areas and free parking
after 3pm in the BART parking lot.
Warning: In order to park in the campus parking lot you must have a Laney College Faculty,
Staff or Student ID Decal. You will get ticketed if you don't display a decal and a parking permit.

Campus Location
Patten University is located in the city of Oakland, California, south of downtown and across the bay from San Francisco.
The local neighborhood is culturally rich bringing together people from all over the world.
We're meeting at Patten University Library room 222.

Driving Directions
From the Oakland/SanFrancisco Bay Bridge: Take Hwy 580 East towards Hayward. Take the Fruitvale Ave. exit and proceed on Harold St. 5 blocks to Coolidge Ave. Turn right onto Coolidge and continue 3/4 mile to the Patten campus, which is on the right side.
From the San Mateo Bridge: Take the Downtown Oakland exit to Hwy 880 N. Turn off at Hwy 238 exit that moves eastward toward Hayward. Take the Hwy 580 West exit toward Oakland. Continue on 580 West until the Fruitvale/Coolidge exit. Take the exit and make a left at the stoplight onto Coolidge Avenue. The campus is located about 3/4 mile west on Coolidge Ave. on the righthand side.
From the Caldecott Tunnel: Proceed on Route 24 towards Oakland. Take Hwy 1 East towards Hayward. Take the Lincoln Avenue Exit. Turn right, down the hill to MacArthur Blvd., then right (two blocks) to Fruitvale Ave. Turn left on Fruitvale and go about one mile to Logan St., and turn left. Go one block to Coolidge Ave. The campus is on the right.
